"I can't think of a better time in my life and in the calendar year to have gone on a trip like this. Though we were able to provide some dental services and share some soccer balls with the people of Beau Sejour (Haiti), I know for a fact that I gained more than I provided. There's an awkward feeling of guilt associated with that knowledge. We've been back for a few days now, and I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude. Among a multitude of other things in my life, I'm thankful for our practice "family," which most intimately includes our team and our patients.
