Dr. Clayton H. McEntire
Dr. McEntire grew up in Alabama, where he attended Auburn University for his undergraduate studies. While there he met his wife Abby, a Tampa native. A few years later, he graduated first in his dental school class in Birmingham, before attending the prestigious Medical College of Virginia for his orthodontic training. He is thankful for both Drs. Ed and Rob’s mentorship, and is grateful for the opportunity to work on both sides of Tampa Bay.
Dr. McEntire and Abby have five kids, 3 daughters and 2 sons— YES Dr. Mc does get to be around other boys sometimes! They are active members of their church and have loved planting roots in the St. Pete/Tampa area. He looks forward to meeting you!

Dr. Ed and his brother, Dr. Rob Amley, began practicing together in 1969. Their father, Dr. Arnold Amley, was a general dentist in St. Petersburg. Both Dr. Ed and Dr. Rob attended Northeast High School, Duke University, Emory University School of Dentistry, and received postgraduate training in orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Ed and his wife Margaret have two children who had attended Shorecrest Preparatory School. Their son, Ted, lives in New York City and their daughter, Hollis, lives in Houston.
As active members of our community, Dr. Ed and his wife have served on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Fine Arts. Dr. Ed now serves on the Board of Westminster Communities, Inc. Both he and his wife have taught local Bible Study Fellowship classes, continue to visit their granddaughter in NYC, and fit in rounds of golf in their free time.

Dr. Rick Escobar grew up in Tampa, FL and is a graduate of Jesuit High School. He then headed out to Texas where he received bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Escobar continued his education and received his DMD from Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He then made his way to the Rockies to attend the University of Colorado to pursue his life-long dream of becoming an orthodontist. He attained his Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Colorado. After 10 years, he has finally moved back to his hometown and cannot wait to give back to the community.

Judy - Assistant
I've worked in the Amley McEntire office for nearly 36 years. I enjoy working for the Amley McEntire team because I love getting to know my patients and watching them grow. Knowing I helped them achieve their best smile is very rewarding.I attended Dental Assisting School and obtained an lnvisalign Certification.
For more than 19 years, I have taught Awana at my church, I am a 4-H leader and worked with horses for the handicapped. I also sponsor a third-world child.In my spare time, I ride horses and train my dog in obedience and potentially as a therapy animal.
Kate - Assistant
I was born in Staten Island, NY and moved to Pinellas County FL in 1995. I love going to baseball and hockey games. I am a die hard fan of the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Lightning (GO BOLTS!) I have been a certified orthodontic assistant since 2013 and proudly joined the Amley McEntire team in 2017. I also have an elementary education degree from St. Petersburg College. I enjoy being a part of the Amley McEntire team because I enjoy working with patients and watching their faces light up when they finish treatment.
Kayla - Clinical Lead
I was born and raised in St Petersburg, FL. While I don’t have any children, I do have a bloodhound, Holly. Her nose is always taking us on adventures! I enjoy playing soccer, spending time with family and exploring our wonderful city! I obtained my certification in 2018. I love being a part of the Amley McEntire team because I enjoy making patients laugh and feel like they are part of the family.
Sam - Assistant
I was born and raised in Italy. I moved to the states when I was 18 years old. I enjoy sports of all kinds. I love to spend quality time with my fur baby.
Taylor - Assistant
I am a true born and raised Florida girl. I love the beach and a good concert any day. I love to keep exploring the Tampa Bay. I am big in to health and keeping active.
Hilda - Scheduling Coordinator
I was born in Cuba and came to the USA at the age of 4 years old. I have lived in Florida ever since. I enjoy traveling with my husband as much as we can. I have a fur baby named Penny, we like taking her to the beach and around Tampa Bay. You can find me at any local wineries on the weekend. I enjoy working for Amley McEntire Orthodontics because we are an amazing team working together to provide the best care with Dr. Mc in the Tampa Bay.
Anna - Project Manager
I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised most of my adult life in Florida. I am a proud mother of two amazing young adults. I have an 20 years of experience in accounting, along with 17 years in photography. When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time capturing heart felt moments and quality time with family. I truly enjoy working for Amley McEntire because it’s unlike any other company I have ever worked for. We are a team and a family that focuses on providing amazing smile transformations.
Jaymi - Financial Coordinator
I was born in Dallas, TX and have lived in St Petersburg, FL for the past 26 years. My husband and I have been married for 10 years. I love traveling the world with my husband and also enjoy traveling with his band and the exploring the exotic destinations they perform in. I really appreciate working with the Amley McEntire team because they are so dedicated to their patients and community.
Rebekah - Scheduling Coordinator
I was born and raised in St.Petersburg, FL. I have 2 fur children, Buddy the Saint Bernard and Milo our Golden Retriever. My hobbies include boating, fishing and traveling the world. I have been in the dental field for the past 8 years, with 3 year of Orthodontic experience and I absolutely love it! Being a part of the Amley McEntire team means so much to me because I get to be a part of creating a happy and uplifting environment for both patients and my fellow team members.
Addilee - Scheduling Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator
I was born and raised in Mount Olive, North Carolina and traded in my small town roots for Tampa Bay in 2014. I completed my Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification in 2016 and obtained my Bachelors degree in Communication from USF in 2018! (GO BULLS!) Out of the office you can find me exploring local food spots or watching sports with my husband, Marcus! If you know me at all, you probably already know we have a French Bulldog named Roscoe who is the BEST sidekick! In addition to being a foodie, I love spending time with my amazing family and doing anything water related. One of my favorite things about working with the Amley McEntire team is the relationships we build with our patients.
